Question by mariko1793: How do i register a domain for free?
I want to start my own website. I am preety good with computers, so I am not a complete beginer. I don’t really want to buy any programs or anything, I just need to know how to get the website.
Thanks in advance!
I would want a .net, not a .com.
So is there anyway to just start one without the use of hosting people?

domains are not free…. if u see somewhere a domain that is for free, it is free for the first year or so….. i own a web-design, hosting business…. if u need domain registration services or hosting we can speak… office@uns.ro

You have to buy domains in order to own them and for them to registered in your own name.

there are options if you want to create your own website but they offer very limited space and you can’t put heavy graphics into it, if you want to.

i assume you want your own domain.

registration nowadays are very cheap, $ 8 – $ 10 per year.

register for a .com suffix as it is more professional.
